Sort star ratings

This is an easy project, I am just stuck. I have it really close but something is off. You must be able to show a working knowledge of formidable forms on your own domain before I will award it. This is to weed out the people who want to learn formidableforms on my time.
On a star rating that goes up to 10, the entries rated 5 and above are viewable on one page and the entries rated below 5 are viewable on another page. This will work for more than one form.
