I need help in creating a small software for my sales team.
1. One Access Master file having major data will be on network and team should work on front-end and it should automatically save entries on back-end file - (Once user presses save/submit button on GUI) it should save on Master file automatically. Requiring Data Validation -
2. User has rights to see his report and do updation on his own record, Manager has right to assign, see report and updation etc., whereas Admin has complete rights of addition, deletion of data [url removed, login to view] all - Entries can only be added or deleted by admin; Users can modify info after after approval of manager or enter info in description or Status.
3. Automatic End of Day report sending to admin - means how many calls did one user completed and summary status (Summary mail to Admin)
4. Automatic duplicacy check and reconfirmation - Like phone, mail & Name same - report to user as a warning.
5. Attaching draft access-sheet for some understanding of outline.
