Small Project: Make Python script execute on Shared Web Hosting

This is very small project:

I have python script which works on my desktop, I Need guidance/help to host and make it run/execute on my Shared Hosting the same way it executed on my local desktop machine.

1. If required, need to make "minor modifications" to existing python scripts to enable them to run on host server

2. If there modifying python scripts is not the solution, need help to "workout an quick alternate approach (php, js, etc)" to make the python script run on host server

3. Guide me to host the scripts on host server
