Small Php script

Aim: To enable students to search a question bank and read the question.

There will be a db with all the questions, from search box user is able to search that. Results are displayed with matching text highlighted. On click a page with that particular questions opens. One question on one page.

Access: On my website, i control access through wordpress. So We can make this php script separately, embed it inside access controlled page and make sure direct links don't work. Or we can have a system where user logs in using Facebook account information and i must be able to approve or reject the request manually.

I'm open to suggestions and other work flows - if it gets the work done. Please only bid if you have read it thoroughly - don't waste your own and my time otherwise.
