Small PHP program to process product feed

Job Description:
Hi, we have a generated product feed for t-shirts. This file includes for each t-shirt 7 product variations: sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XXL, 3XL, 4XL
We need a PHP script that processes this file, removes the variations and ends with only one item per t-shirt and changed title/link.
Please note that the 7 variations can be in different positions in the file!
The title should be changed:
Old:

New:
<g:title><![CDATA[T-shirt Wierden ]]></g:title>
The link should be changed:
