I am launching a lead generation platform for Insurance brokers using a WordPress site. I need someone who understands WordPress to the core and can build custom plugins and features that allow us to get the functionality we need in the shortest amount of time possible. The basic functionality that we need is as follows below:
About the Platform - Our lead generation platform purchases consumer data that tells us people are actively searching for Insurance quotes. This data is updated every 24 hours by our data provider. We need to set up an automated feed that updates our website with all the new leads and then routes each lead into each zip code territory where it can then be viewed by the broker who owns that territory. We will have about 20 data points that we get from our data provider including their contact info, income, credit score and other similar data.
Zip Code Territories - We will seperate our leads by zip code and charge our Insurance brokers a set monthly fee for their zip codes that will be priced dynamically. The cost of the zip code will be determined by population density, median income and median home value. I have a list of all the zip codes, population stats and income and data that we can put into the database.
Broker Dashboard - Insurance Brokers will be able to purchase a protected zip code territory and see all of the leads that come into our platform (From a Data feed) that are in their zip code territory. They will also be able to manage their territory by adding more lines of Insurance to it and then adding more zip codes to generate more daily leads.
Subscription Payments - We need to set up a dynamic pricing model that charges the right amount of money for each zip code territory. It also needs to support subscriptions and the ability to add more zip codes to its territories.
We aren't looking for someone to build this entire thing out using custom solutions, we need the functionality listed above but in the shortest timeframe possible. If you can use existing plugins to get the functionality we need and then configure it to make it work, that is preferable for now. Once we get this platform functional, we will immediately start on the full-stack platform development with you right away. We just need this MVP developed this week.
