I want to create a single page that will display full screen mp4 videos. It is for a kiosk so it only needs to work on Chromium. I need to be able to control what time the videos will play and/or end. The page will be uploaded to the web but I would like it if the page could play videos that are stored on the site as well as videos that are stored on the local system (to reduce bandwidth usage of the internet). I will set up the videos since I will be changing them on a regular basis. I just need the page built with placeholder videos.
