Simple Modifications to WP Site.

I have installed the Listify Theme, (all Plugins are installed) need to do the following fixes:

1. Front Page
- I need to modify the look of Search Bar on the FrontPage [[url removed, login to view]]. I want it look like as it appears on: [[url removed, login to view]]
- Google Maps (fix)
2. Profile Page
The current Profile page displays like this [url removed, login to view] (i think it is populated with a help of WP Manager+ FacetWP plugins)
I want the [List your Practice] information to be included as it looks from this page. So it can appear on the front end like this:

(+) ADD BOOK Button (next to Review Button)
3. Plugin Fixes. (setup)
- All WooCommerce
- Social Login
- WP Manager
- FacetWP
I want this directory to be fully functional, where people can add their services and get booked….
I am looking for someone to work with on long bases, I will only pay ones the work is completed.
