Simple Customization on GLPI - Helpdesk Software.
1. Custom the page "Create ticket" in the field "Total Duration", when in the field was selected the time of spend, the task must be recorded as type 'Done" and not "To-do".
2. Apply one update into table GLPI_Tasks. In the column "Type" must be updated all register with "Done"
