The aim of this project is to create a simple Service Order management app in order to create, print and save all Service Order sheets to give to crews in order to complete the jobs.
I am attaching the service order PDF that we are currently using now, which we modify every time and print out, however we do not have a record of past jobs done.
The simple web app should show a list of all service orders completed and it should show the following information:
Creaded by (therefore the web app should be protected by logins with different usernames/email addresses)
And then the following checkboxes:
The actions that I would need to have in each record should be:
View (which opens the full view with all details of the Service Order)
Send by email
Obviously in the main main there should be an option to create new Service Orders.
I am open to any advice, integrations or already made templates since it is a low budget project. I don't have a deadline however the earlier it is ready the better it is.
