Live System [login to view URL] Current Stage The platform is already built and running in production, with: Laravel backend (MySQL + Redis) Payment integrations implemented (partially functional) Token system in place Admin panel available Frontend completed However, based on the attached audit reports, the system is: Structurally complete, but not fully functional Some modules are partially implemented Some flows do not work correctly in real production The reports clearly identify issues such as: Incomplete financial logic (ledger inconsistencies) Escrow lifecycle not fully implemented Subscription logic incomplete Boost system not working correctly Security gaps in admin/financial routes Project Objective The goal is straightforward: Make the existing system fully functional, stable, optimized, and ready for real production use. This includes: Fixing broken logic Completing incomplete modules Ensuring consistency across all flows Improving performance Applying necessary design refinements Preparing infrastructure for scalability Scope Overview (Simplified) The work focuses on stabilizing and completing what already exists: Backend & Financial Logic Fix ledger consistency and token purchase flow Complete escrow lifecycle (no double release, correct states) Complete subscription system logic Fix and complete boost system behavior Validate revenue split logic System Integrity & Security Align database structure with backend logic Secure admin and financial routes Ensure all flows are consistent and auditable Performance & Optimization Optimize queries, Redis usage, and caching Improve overall system responsiveness Ensure stability under real usage Autoscaling & Production Readiness Prepare system for autoscaling (AWS or equivalent) Ensure stateless behavior where required Validate readiness for concurrent users UI / Design Improvements (Light Scope) Fix visual inconsistencies Improve overall UI polish (no redesign) Important Clarification This is not about adding new features. It is about: Completing and fixing existing functionality so the system works correctly in real conditions. If something exists but does not work properly, it must be corrected.
