Hi. I have a WordPress Multisite (two active websites) hosted by Siteground, both sites are using Thrive Themes and Thrive Architect for design. I have no issue with accessing Thrive functions on my primary site but am unable to access Thrive on my Secondary Site. I raised a support ticket with Thrive who cited a hosting error. I contacted Siteground who investigated and escalated the matter to Senior Technical Team. Siteground responded with:
"The issue is caused by the settings of your application preventing cross-origin object to be loaded. I have tried solving the issue by adding the following rule to the .htaccess file
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Methods "GET,PUT,POST,DELETE"
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Headers "Content-Type, Authorization"
for the application but the issue persisted: That kind of problems are outside the scope of our support and require the specialized intervention of a WordPress developer to review and set CORS correctly for the application." I require a fix for this issue as it is beyond the expertise of my regular IT guy.
