Script installed w/ nice skin layout, banners, logo

I am posting this again because the last person I accepted to do this said he couldn't do it so I am reposting.

I would like a site like [url removed, login to view] made using [url removed, login to view] script. You can use another script if you rather not use the aardvark one.

The domain will be [url removed, login to view] or something like that. When the person signs up to add there link, I need a banner made of three different sizes. I want it to be a gif banner so it is animated. There will also be html code with the banner they can add or just a text link.

Basically I want a cool looking top list exchange site that has a good logo and banners made for the person to add to their site. Make sure you can do this project before you bid. Thanks!
