Resume Builder to be added to my wordpress website

I want to start a job consultancy company. And I already have a website for this. But I want following features to be added to my website. a) Resume Builder (it should be accessible by candidates in their dashboard after purchasing resume builder package) and b) Jobseekers should be able to apply for jobs posted by employers, but 1) Jobseekers should not be able to see any of the employers contact information such as company name, company address or its contact details. 2) Employers should not be able to see any of the candidates contact details after a jobseeker applies for the job posted by an employer.
