resize image and saves it to another folder (with php)

i want this to be in php!!

so that i can get the image then copy's the image and resize to a thumbnail size then saves the thumbnail to another folder but keeps the original image as is

the thumbnail folder name is thumbnail

it will be in UserSpice Version 5.4.4

DB Version 5.7.27
