Remake of a complex WordPress Marketplace Theme (FreelanceEngine)

We are a small start up from Germany with very limited budget but big plans and we need
a qualified wordpress developer, who is creative and able to turn our ideas into a working website.
You should be able to understand the overall idea of the project and in some cases to work out
solutions yourself without having strict advises how something should look like or work.
This is a full time job, and the project is urgent. We would like to find a developer who has the time to
fully dive into the development of our website.
Description:
We are currently developing a freelancing website for special tasks. To save money on the development, we decided to use an existing theme template (FreelanceEngine) as the base, and start adapting it for our needs. We are not up to maintain compatibility with the original theme developers updates or plugins - on the contrary we want to split up and develop our own theme based on the FreelanceEngine which we will maintain and customize further and further.
Currently we have the original theme in it's latest version with all documentation and extra plugins (payment gateways, ...) available. After carefully studying the theme and the plugins, we made a list with the most important and heavy changes we need to make before we can go on with the little things. Exactly this is where we need you. We need you to study the theme, learn how it works and help us making it better - by turning ideas, passion and knowledge into code. We need you to make the changes we have included in our list, and maybe to give us advices how we can make something even better. We indeed have a limited capital, but quality comes first for us.
