I am looking for someone who is qualified in understanding front end and back end development, all aspects of ruby on rails to search and find highly skilled, senior full-stack developers (with at least 8 years of developer experience and the highest ratings on sites like Freelancer). You can do your own searches on any networks you want and the developers can be from anywhere in the world.
You will be doing 3 specific tasks:
1) Searching on Freelancer and other sites for available full stack developers who are ready to work for me. You will contact a minimum of 15 developers each week and screen them. They need to write and speak English fluently. They must be able to work during U.S. business hours on a full time basis. You need to have each candidate submit voice messages to test their spoken English language skills, as well as make sure they have at least 8 years of developer experience in both front end and back end and ruby on rails.
2) Their job will be to take phone interviews with companies who want to hire ME for development work. So the developers that you find must be comfortable taking interviews with U.S. clients under my name and credentials. Again, they need to speak fluent English. I've recently had throat surgery, so I'm unable to take the calls. Each developer will be given written instructions ahead of time on how to conduct the interview. You will also be given this document and you must prep each developer who agrees to work with us to make sure that they are fully prepared for each phone interview with companies and clients in the U.S.
3) You will report to my assistant and provide updates on each available candidate who is ready to work for us.
