Quick fix Reservation bar

Our website [login to view URL] has on the top a reservation bar (plugin)
Our client has 3 hotels so right on the begining you select one of the three hotels but right now all 3 options
redirect to the same hotel (Citi Express) . Each hotel has it's own ID.
Example Citi Express:

Citi Premium:

Citi Residence:
