Donate plugin requirement:

Need to work plugin:

when donor donate some money for example $10 dollar means if that answerer having paypal account 70% of money need to go who given answer account,5% of money for who asked question, remaining 25% of money to go website owner

after those thing need to notify this things to all user using "onsite notification plugin"([login to view URL])

if questioner and answerer not having paypal account need to notify about this thing through mail this thing will do email notification removed by freelancer.com admin
