We will use Pipedrive CRM
Using Pipedrive's Advanced plan - Integrating ZOHO emails (It will not be necessary to export old emails and contacts) I'll leave from now on only the new contacts that arrive at Zoho.

Website contacts will arrive via whatsapp or email.
These contacts will already go up to Pipedrive, in a sales funnel.
We will send the quote to the client via Pipedrive.
Customer closes contract, we send the Docusign.
We send the Invoice and Bill to the Customer.
