Points Customization - Mycred

I need to add a reference functionality to mycred. The member can indicate via link.
I also need the checkout to include two selection fields.
When selecting "Associate" the order points go to the user. When "Customer" is selected, the order points go to the person who made the referral.
I also need that all "associates", in the wallet, the balance is blocked until reaching 100 points. Upon reaching 100 points, that balance is discounted and sent to a report in the admin. Every month you must redo this discount of 100 points, if the user does not reach 100 points, the value can accumulate for the following month.
If the user's 100 points discount for the month has already been done and he still has points, he can use it in the store normally with the mycred gateway, already installed.
