I'm looking for someone to create a plugin for Vanilla Forum that will allow users to select an avatar from a predefined grid of images on their edit profile screen. Additionally, I'd like the option to grant a role to certain users so they can upload their own avatar image. For the avatar selection method, I prefer using a predefined grid of images and for only privileged users to have the ability to upload their own image. My preferred format for these images would be the PNG format. If you are able to fulfill these requirements, please send me a bid. Thanks!
