Another fast project for a good operator (with DP rep). This project presumes you are very knowledgeable of oscommerce.
I want the myob oscommerce contribution here.
[url removed, login to view],1933
To be modified to have the two files (sales and customer) operate from the admin section of an oscommerce site,
To be able to write to a txt file (format is in that existing contribution) based on an orders status
Called by a cron command once a week.
Then have that status updated to a configurable variable (with no customer knowledge that his order status has changed)
Meaning I want this script to create a customer import file and a sales import
file for every sale in a given month (using the month and year in the date_purchased field), that has an order status of shipped.
Needs to have variable options. So order status will need to be the database status id (something that I could change at a later date).
Instead of each individual order writing to a file when the order is placed like that contribution currently does, I want to write a to a file every month instead of a daily file, call the script once a week to write to the file so I am downloading orders in a 1 month file not 30 seperate files in that month.
Order info for populating txt file will come from the orders information in oscommerce admin (table_orders), use the [url removed, login to view] class.
Finally, once the file has been run, I need to update the status of the order to a different status (configured by variable) to know that I have downloaded this order
To sum up, write order information in the correct format that myob needs (as per the original contribution) based on existing orders in the admin section with a certain status, of a given month in a given year (based on date purchased), in a monthly file, and the status of that order once it has been written to the file to change to something else (set by configurable variable).
Should be very simple for someone who has knowledge of PHP/mysql and oscommerce. Of course full source code needs to be provided and well commented please.
I also plan, unless the winner has a problem with it, to upload it as a contribution to the contribution section of oscommerce, so add your email and details to the copyright section in the top of the code for some potential future business.
I dont have the skills to complete this myself, I tried, that is my way of giving a little back to the community.
I dont have a testing environment set up for the programmer. Test it on your own environment then email me for testing and comments.
Looking for a smooth and fast (needed it yesterday) transaction.
