php / mysql script for finding available domain names...

I need a script, written in php, that makes it easier for me to find available domain names. I have some csv files, containing keywords, filling words and other nice stuff for creating domainnames. The script should be able to change German umlauts (ä [ä] ö [ö] ü [ü] and other German special chars like ß [ß] into "ae", "oe", "ue" and "ss"), but there should still exist a version with the special char or umlaut (only if a .de domain was choosen!). The domain names should be with and without a separating dash and I should be able to choose the sequence in which my lists will be imported for creating new domain names (e.g. [login to view URL]). It would be nice to have that work for all available domain names, but the most important domains for me are .de, .com, .info, .net, .biz and .org (mandatory for my script!). I need to store available domain names within a mysql database and should be able to export csv lists for ordering my domains. Afterwards I would like to upload the changed .csv list and store the other domains for consideration. Waiting for your feedback, cheers, kos818
