php laravel - short help over remoate desktop

Hello,
i could write a little bit php and i build with quckadminpanel a laravel app and change what i could, but i have some points where i need help about remote desktop.
1. there is a middleware that filters all create_by_id values, so i could only see mine. There we need to make a change so that I could also see that belongs to another ID (DB::).
2. in the frontend I have a value (questions) that needs to be exploded and for each array entry a text field needs to be displayed. When the user submits, we need to put all the questions and answers in a textbox and save it.
3.I have a dashbord controller for the administrator but I want this dashbord for the user as well. I don't know how he can achieve this as well
4. there is a mail template that sends untranslated messages, but I don't know where it is
5. the images/files are saved with a hashtag, I would like to make this longer (spartie).
You see, just some small things. I will do with you via remote desktop and sent you the files, but the server is a live server, I can not give you access.
