I need some one to create a back end page on our site so that I can login and use a web form to select a local csv or xls (which ever is easier) into our SQL database. The csv or xsl file would have 5 columns like this: num, name, group, category, date. After I choose the file to upload the next screen should have drop down boxes to match the file header with the correct fields in the database table. When uploading the information into the database a check should be done if an item with the same num and date exists it should be replaced with the item from the csv or xls file. Then I would like a page to display the database one with headers that sort when you click them and a search bar and two drop down boxes one for group the next for categories(categories are sub groups) that will filter the data.
