[PHP + FFmpeg] Create simple slideshow video from images, text and audio

I need a php script (use any available php ffmpeg library) that will take images, overlay it with text and audio, each with given duration and create a slideshow video out of it. Need the flexibility to choose the font, size and color of the text. Images and text should transition with (nice/different) effects. Also need to watermark the video with logo at bottom right. The php script should be able to run from browser.
