PHP Coding GURU needed to add features on exisiting website

Hello, I need the following tweaks on my site it's a custom coded membership site with forum and user profiles: 1) Display # of members on the website 2) Add a post history when users post on the forums 3) Add photo count under user name 4) Create a cron to email members when they get a note on the site 5) Add extra features to users profile I have a couple other tweaks.
