Pass Tracking Parameters Through Outbound Link

Hello,

I am looking for a developer to put together a simple script for me that allows me to pass url tracking parameters, dynamically into an outbound link url on a page. See here for exact details ([url removed, login to view]).

Here are my expectations:

1)This is super simple, so you should be able to complete this in 1 day.

2)You will create the script but you will also integrate it into my wordpress site for me

3)If this should take you any longer then one day, let me know why so I can adjust my timeline. But there is no reason that this should take weeks on end.
