We have an install of the latest osTicket program on IIS.
We need three modifications completed:
1. When a ticket is closed and unassigned, then reopened, the ticket is assigning to the staff member to close it. We need it to remain unassigned.
2. Some tickets aren't appending the way they should. I.e. if a reply comes in, it opens a new ticket rather than appending to the current one, even though we have the ticket # in the subject line.
We had a Freelancer work on this issue and modify our [login to view URL] file a bit, and while this appeared to work, it is not working. I have example tickets as a PDF.
3. osTicket allows for "placeholders" in forms (i.e. a grayed out number/word in the form, seen before typing). We need this placeholder to be an actual number (so if someone were to go through the form without touching that field, it would maintain the number that was automatically inputted into it.
We have a very large database, so to send our entire DB is not feasible. We need you to either remote in to our computer to complete the work, or to send a snipped of the DB and our osTicket files and receive the modified files back.
