Oscommerce - attributes - addition of textarea

I need to add a text area beneath Product Options in the template ( I use STS ). WHAT I NEED: The process - when the Engraving attribute is assigned to a product, typically there will be two engraving options: 1. 150 words engraving 2. 80 words engraving The above options would appear in the attribute drop down and beneath this would appear a text area where the user can type in the engraving words. See the illustration: [login to view URL] This data needs to be saved to the database with that user's order as well as sent by email to both the user and also admin.
