Hello, I can do this in few minutes , send me your site and site admin to fix it . As I see at image you need to remove a cache if fixed you ok. eithe you have to change this bad checkout .. I can prove for you every think is ok if you disable a freecheckout !! I know it's fazy issues with so__ theme .. thanks
