I need a CRM (open source, preferably SugarCRM) integrated to an FB Messenger Account which will primarily handle inbound customer service.
The CRM will assign a Case number for each FB Messenger member, the first time, he or she sends a FB Messenger message, picture or Video to the FB messenger Customer Service account. This case number will always be linked to that particular FB Messenger member. Whenever, the FB Messenger platform account communicates with the FB Messenger member, the case number is automatically included.
The Case number will enable the CRM software to pull out and accessed all previous communications with the FB Messenger member with date and time info, at any time.
Whenever, an FB Messeger message, picture or Video reaches the FB Meesenger Account and CRM and it is not acted upon by the first CRM Agent within one minute, the case goes automatically to the next CRM Agent.
