CS go open box style game + crypto wallet integration

Hi
I am looking for someone who can create CS GO style game for opening boxes. Once user opens box, he wins something random. I want Crypto wallet integration also, so they connect wallet first and can play after.
Main Objective :
1) Certain user goes to website, so only certain users can access it others not - we integrate it how we can, via phantom wallet IDs or via registering on website.
2) They can only Open Box every 24hr, they win something or they win nothing, its all random
3) They pay nothing to play the game, just we make him eligible to play via other methods
4) We need to collect data, so we distribute prizes, it can be done via Google Excel, or anything so we can know who wins what
