New E-Commerce for drone store

Job Description:
Our customer wants to rebuild their web for commerce, they have a self-managed site on WooCommerce of WP.
Their site is:

We need to have a fully spanish-translated site. so we´ll need all the documentation regarding the site and WP modules so we can translate everything.
Only english and spanish speaking developers are required.
We need you to consider:
- We want a fully working e-commerce (ONLY ON WP WooCommerce)
- The site need to have all modules working propperly, if there are some payed modules, it has to be informed so the payment can be done by our side or be detailed on the proposal.
- All inventory has to be charged, so we'll provide a copy of the site and it database so you can order them.
- We need to have categories well defined so people can filter the elements. (drones, replacements, accesories, kits, others)
- All drones have a high value and the kits are even higher so the customer needs to send a special request when they wants to order one. (In Chile we do not have an electronic payment method that supports large amounts, maybe on credit cards)
- All drones must have their own page with a detailed description. (not only the product descryption, this last one must have a reference to the drone's page). The customer has the representation of DJI Agicultural drones ([login to view URL])
- We need WhatsApp chat available on each page on the site.
- We need a contact form working propperly.
- Social networks has to be available on the web foot.

Nuestro cliente quiere reconstruir su web para el comercio, tiene un sitio autogestionado en WooCommerce de WP.

Necesitamos tener un sitio totalmente traducido al español. así que necesitaremos toda la documentación sobre el sitio y los módulos de WP para que podamos traducir todo.
Solo se requieren desarrolladores que hablen inglés y español.
Necesitamos que consideres:
- Queremos un comercio electrónico que funcione completamente (SOLO EN WP WooCommerce)
- El sitio debe tener todos los módulos funcionando correctamente, si hay algunos módulos pagados, se debe informar para que el pago se haga por nuestra parte o se detalle en la propuesta.
- Todo el inventario debe cargarse, por lo que le proporcionaremos una copia del sitio y su base de datos para que pueda ordenarlos.
- Necesitamos tener categorías bien definidas para que la gente pueda filtrar los elementos. (drones, repuestos, accesorios, kits, otros)
- Todos los drones tienen un valor alto y los kits son aún más altos, por lo que el cliente debe enviar una solicitud especial cuando quiera pedir uno. (En Chile no contamos con un medio de pago electrónico que admita grandes montos, quizás en tarjetas de crédito)
- Todos los drones deben tener su propia página con una descripción detallada. (no solo la descodificación del producto, esta última debe tener una referencia a la página del dron). El cliente tiene la representación de drones DJI Agicultural ([login to view URL])
- Necesitamos el chat de WhatsApp disponible en cada página del sitio.
- Necesitamos un formulario de contacto que funcione correctamente.
- Las redes sociales tienen que estar disponibles en el pie de la web.
