I'm on the verge of starting a timeshare marketplace where users can buy, sell, rent and exchange timeshares based off Dubai. Unlike other timeshare marketplaces my web based platform would enable users to purchase the timeshares on the platform itself. The website must be highly interactive, users would be able to list timeshares which I want to be able to verify and validate before listing with a minimum of at least 4 pictures, users should be able to purchase or rent timeshares on the platform itself, A highly secure database that holds all the listings that only the administration would be able to view, A very interactive site in which users can customize their search criteria according to price and other factors, A secure system in which buyers and sellers can submit a government ID so the agreement can be drafted up to transfer said timeshare. The buyer would only be able to see the sellers name when browsing through listings. Other data collected on site should include the email address, full name, date of birth and phone number of users. I hope the developer has a rough idea of what my vision for this platform is. I would be open to suggestions that would help the functioning of the whole process. The domain for this platform is a big part of the brand that is already owned by me. I would like to know the timeframe for to accomplish this as well. Any response at the earliest would be appreciated.
