Need Test Data Entered Using Automated Tool

I need some one who has a automated tool to enter a few thousand records into my web application. The web application is written in php and using a mysql database. If you have a tool that can perform this please contact me. Only contact me if you have a tool that you know how to use well and are not expecting a large fee I am only going to pay $30 for this project.
This tool needs to work over the web and not have direct access to the database which is not how i want the data entered.
