I need someone to Modify/Add some Features a Web tool that can convert Excel calculations to Web based App -- 3

I already have a web-based tool ([login to view URL]) built that can convert a Excel file (in xlsx format ) to a web app that can also be downloaded as HTML file. However, I need to add some features:

1. It should be able to create chart from the Excel file already converted.

[login to view URL] tool presently does not support online math calculation like the original Excel file after conversion. We need to fix that (try this to understand better [login to view URL]).

3. The tool should accept Google Sheet and Macro enabled excel file (.xlsm), VBA coded Excel file and macros should also work after web form/tool conversion.

4. Ability to download original excel file after upload.

The present tool is built on Node.js/HTML/JavaScript.

To make it easy job, you can define some rules for the user that in order to convert your Excel file to a web app, (Tell user to prepare the excel file as per your rule before uploading)..and give them some written instructions.

I need full source code, copyright of the source code and help in deploying on my server.
