I need a programmer for automation of a process

Job Description:
As an ophthalmologist and cataract surgeon, we usually perform calculation of formulas to implant intraocular lens. To do so, we get the data from a JPG file that is exported from the medical equipment. Then we go online in three websites and type each of the data that is contained in the jpg file in each website, so we can get the calculation done, by different formulas, and compare them. What I need is to find a way to automate this process.
In summary, what we need is to perform the following process:
1. Input the JPG file that contains the data that will be written in the website
2. As it's an image, the data needs to be recognized
3. Output the specific data, typing it automatically, in the boxes described in 3 different third part websites (they require similar data, but in different sequence)
That would save us time, because we would not need to type it manually;
