The error is result of missing role G4. I can resolve the issue easily only with cooperation of site admin. Please let me know last good action you perform in admin panel? I believe frontend of magento store is working without any issue, please rectify me if i'm wrong. If you can answer the question i'm good to start right away. i'll complete it in stated number of days.
