sms integration for help desk required
I Want to link my helpdesk from "hesk" into our bulk sms package from [[login to view URL]] with the submission of a new helpdesk ticket and any change/update/reply.
They provide an API key function - sample below. It will be a standard message to the cellphone number in the ticket entered or any change in the ticket already entered.
all the source code is available on net as its an opensource help desk "HESK 3.2.2"
Currently needs to hook "%%CUSTOM2%%" to get this cellphone number in the ticket entered at the submission form.
Number must be format from "03211234567" to "+923211234567" in order to work with the API function above.
