I'm the owner of a consulting business. I am looking to develop software that allows me to keep my clients updated in real-time about my work for them.
Web membership management software (linked to a mobile app in future if cost-effective) enabling (a) owner to create a membership database including assigning usernames and passwords to each individual client (b) owner to update individual clients with posts (c) clients receive posts that are specific/private to them and are able to comment on them (d) owner and clients may correspond via multiple comments on the same post and (e) notifications are delivered to owner/client when posts/comments in their profiles occur.
I want to update Client 1 on a meeting I've just had relevant to their work.
On the new software, I can create a new post consisting of a title, date, author and body text within Client 1's section.
Once ‘published’, this post then appears in Client 1’s email inbox (and on their app in future) and they receive a notification to alert them;
The post is then accessible via the website (or app in future) either in the “Notifications” centre or in the “Archives”;
Client 1 can read the post and either: 1) take no further action or comment or 2) comment on the post. If they comment, I receive a notification to alert me to the comment, which I can then reply to, alerting the Client to my response, and so on.
I have a strong idea about the design and have created a prototype in Adobe XD.
The software needs to be user-friendly and preferably readable in Swift on Xcode utilising Firebase.
