Multi Dependent Dropdown - PHPRUNNER

Need help in establishing multiple Dependent Dropdown. I'm looking for a persion who has Phprunner experience I have 2 tables Tariff and Billing. Billing has 5 columns Name, Service, Branch, Color_Code, Amount

except name other 4 fields are lookup table values coming from Tariff table. Amount should be autofilled upon selecting other 3 fields (which should be dependednt to each other)
