This is a duplicate of a project I saw on GetaFreelancer. I would like the same thing.
I'm looking for a WordPress plug-in (ideal!) or PHP script that will take the 1003 form data like:
[login to view URL]
on the front end of the script, and it to save data to a database on the server in Fannie Mae Version 3.2 format but also email me the data in that format after the loan application is completed.
The front end would require the user to create a quick username and password so the person can save their progress during the application process because most people will not be ablt to complete the entire form in one visit, so progress must be saved. I would also need an admin section where we can add/remove/edit/export the loan app and/or users
I would be installing this script on may different mortgage domain names so I would need a set of install instructions as well once you're finished.
Please let me know if you think I'm missing anything on what the script/software as I'm also hiring the coder I select to give me additonal ideas. Also let me know what type of hosting I'll require. I currently have linux hosting available so I hope that will work, but if not let me know when you place your bid & timeframe for completion.
