We are developing a education portal and plan to use Moodle as backend. Default theme of Moodle are not good enough to meet our UX requirement. We also looked at some of the other themes available online, but didn't find them interesting enough. Our UX team has come up with custom design and we would like to hire an expert developer to design a custom theme of Moodle based on our designs.
