Modify WooCommerce Shop

I need a shop to be modified. Some functions need to be implemented and some visual changes need to be done. Here is a list of the changes that I need: - Checkmark "send to another address" not set by default - In the menu there should be a "Login" where users can login to their account. After they logged in, there should be a "My Account" point in the menu and a page where they can change their user details. - The tax should be calculated depending on the users home country. I already tried to accomplish this through a third party plugin, but its not working correctly yet. The prices in the shop should be shown including taxes (in brackets after the price, there should be a text telling the customer how much taxes are included in the price. for example: "incl. 8% MwSt."). The tax rates are as following: AT: 19% CH: 8% DE: 19% FR: 19% NL: 19% IT: 19% all other countries: 0% - There are different user groups managed through a plugin called "WooCommerce Booster". The groups should have different discounts either a percentage on the whole shop or individual prices for each product. I also tried accomplishing this through a plugin called "Role Based Prices for WooCommerce". Both are not working as expected. I want to be able to define some users that belong to a group. All those users should then have a discount. Some groups have for example 5% discount on the whole shop. Other groups have individual prices for each product different than the "normal" prices. The plugin that i mentioned second should do exactly this, but it probably interferes with some other plugin an doesn't work properly. - Shipping rates are not working as expected. I want them to be calculated by weight and/or size. There are different shipment options depending on the country where the goods are shipped to. For Switzerland the "Schweizerische Post" is shipping. For Germany and the rest of Europe "DHL" is shipping. For the rest of the world "UPS" is shipping. This should be set up in the backend. Afterwards I will give each product a weight and/or a size that can be used for calculating the shipping costs.
