Modify Jobify WordPress Template - WP Job Manager

Hi there, I am using the Jobify wordpress theme and would like to add a feature to the job page. I'd like to add a 'count' so that, every time someone submits the 'Customer Contact' form, it counts 'one'. I'd like this count to occur in the background (not visible) - although, if possible I'd like to be able to see in the dashboard how many responses that job has received. When the count reaches 5, I'd like the job to automatically become 'closed'. See screenshot. The 'closed' feature already exists in the Jobify theme and it is possible for customers to manually close a job before 5 responses are reached. I just want to add an automated feature. This is because I think it adds value to the suppliers to know that only 5 responses are possible for each job, so they always have a chance of winning the work. It will also solve the problem of if a customer can't be bothered coming back on the website to 'close' the job, which wouldn't be fair on the Suppliers who are bidding on the work (since I'm charging them per bid). If the count of 5 is reached and the job is 'closed', but the customer is not satisfied with the responses, they can always toggle it to become active again. If they do this, I'd like the count to reset to 0 (zero) and begin counting up to 5 again. It is important that it only takes a 'count' once the contact form, which has been created using Ninja Forms, is submitted. I don't want it to count when they press the 'contact customer' button that brings up the form. See screenshots for clarification. I've set it up with the 'WP Job Manager Packages' plugin, so users need to purchase a 'contact package' to be able to activate the 'contact form'. The way I see it, the customisation can be summarised as: 1) Add 'count' feature to individual listings a) Note, I want the 'count' to occur after the 'contact form' is 'submitted' 2) Add check against the count to see if it has reached 5 a) Note, I want the check to occur when the 'contact customer' button is clicked b) This means that, although very unlikely, it is possible for the 'count' to exceed 5. That could occur if someone clicks 'contact customer', pays the fee (uses 'token'), but does not actually submit the contact form until later that day. Somebody else might also come in and submit another form. Essentially I'm saying that, if the 'count' is at 4, it would be possible for more than one person to access the contact form before the contact form is submitted to get to a count of '5'. That is fine. I've thought about it carefully and this is the best way to achieve what I want. (Apologies, my brief is getting rather wordy...let me know if anything is unclear). 3) Add automatic 'job close' feature, if the count reaches 5 4) Reset count to zero if the 'closed' job is reactivated Also, I'd like to be able to have access through the Wordpress dashboard to easily change the number of 'counts' that are allowed before a job becomes 'closed'. I think 5 is a good number, but will monitor this as time progresses and I might need to change it. Any questions, shout out. If possible, I would like to receive quotes/estimates before selecting a shortlist of freelancers to gain access to my WordPress Dashboard, to make sure everyone understands the scope before selecting somebody to complete the work.
