Modify Existing Search Engine

Hi All, I need someone good at php + mysql to modify my exisitng web site url [login to view URL] Works including but not limited as follow. 1) rearrange the cataloge display at Home page. I need non-link alphabet before the linked catagory title 2) add search boundary for "Commercial/ Industrial; Residential; Green Produces/ Services". This boundary need to add to advertiser listing details. 3) remove the logo of myphpdirection at top and bottom 4) design a new simple logo for this site and upload 5) a rotate banner on right side 6) help me to up data to hoisting(about 20,000 company datus) Please make sure you can fulfil all the above min. requirment before you bid.
