I need a website that does:
General idea: It will be a site for buying, selling and promoting audio/video clips
- User types: buyer / seller / subscriber
- Reference sites: a mixture of a marketplace site and a freelancer site (ordering jobs).
- The site must have the [paid part] (only for subscribers) and the [free part] (for any type of user)
Operation:
- Any user can become a seller user, as long as they complete an additional registration.
- A seller user is a creator of songs, music videos, video clips.
-Each seller needs to have his profile, latest sales content, information, etc etc.
- The seller will only be able to post his videos/music on his profile, that is, with restricted access only for paying users.
- The seller will also be able to post videos/music in the free part so that, through some music or video clips, he can bring some non-paying user to his profile and arouse interest for him to buy some product on his profile.

- Any user will be able to see the free part of the site, this part I need to organize videos/audio by categories.
- In this part there will be no limitations and I will only post embedded links for example ([login to view URL] / or [login to view URL]) these videos will not be hosted and I believe it will be 80% of the audios/videos of this free part.
- In this part, there will be the audios/videos that the seller users also want to disclose without any limitation in order to advertise so that they reach their profile within the site.
- For these videos/audio there will be no restrictions or prohibitions, even if you are not a logged in user.
- In this free part, there should be links to video/audio/seller users, so that these users will be willing to subscribe to the site and use the paid part.

- Only registered users can use this part
- Free users need to partially view the videos/audios in this area, with limitations to awaken the desire to subscribe
- In this paid part, the marketplace needs to work, that is, there will be buyers and sellers.
- Order panel: In this paid part, users will be able to place an order on a wall, Examples:
Example 1 - I want an audio with an 80's dance/pop beat for a commercial for my cake shop.
I will pay: 80.00 points
Example 2 - I want a video clip containing 5 people running with blue pants on a beach I will use it on my social media
I will pay: 30.00 points
Example 3 - I want a video clip of a person climbing stairs, it should be filming only the feet with different types of shoes.
I will pay: 20.00 points
As soon as there is an update on this list of orders, an email should be sent to all seller users, to find out and send a message to those users who placed the order. This message exchange must be private.
For each request, the user who requested it will be able to choose only 3 seller users at a time, this means that if 10 seller users show interest in his request, he will only be able to choose 3 seller users for the job he requested.
The payment system internally within the site will always be by POINTS, the points are loaded through a simple page that the user will see all the payment methods that the site makes available for him to buy the points.
For each transaction between buyer and seller within the site, there will be a fee that the site admin can configure/edit when needed, example 5%
The user/seller will never be able to exchange messages abroad, because everything will be through nicknames and the contacts or real names of these people, either the buyer or the seller, will never be disclosed to the other.
As soon as the seller creates the requested audio/video clip, he will send it to the site, and the site will intermediate if the buyer is in agreement, as soon as the buyer gives an OK, the site will release the points to the seller. This will be additional security so that they don't buy and sell outside the site.
