Minor UI (CSS) changes in a Laravel Project.

Hi,
Please this is not a very big project, do not bid if you are a Business Development person. Only freelancers reach out.
I need to do the following UI related changes in a Laravel project.
1. Change the font weight (Doing it by changing the CSS doesn't do anything), there is an option in the admin to upload woff2 files of the font but couldn't really understand.
2. Change the font family, again the same issues as in case 1.
